This is the conventional model of outsourcing followed by majority of clients. This draws upon the advantages of:

Dedicated Delivery Centres

 

At a higher level of commitment clients can choose to have a dedicated facility within MSR’s offshore centres. Such a facility is a replication of the Client’s development and/or production environment. This option brings in advantages of:

 

  1. An extension of Client’s in-house technical environment
  2. Follow-the-sun model for development and support activities
  3. Disaster recovery
  4. Cost and Process advantages

BOT Projects

 

This is suitable for UK and US based Clients that want to establish their own presence in India. MSR offers a build operate transfer model as a low-risk entry strategy for its Clients. A BOT model usually has a set-up and steady state period of a few years followed by a transition period should the Client choose to exercise the transfer option.
